 ight snack.  Then, we will play in his winery, getting a hands on experienc
 e with all of the wine making equipment and enjoying a seated tasting of al
 most all of the wines that Vincent has currently produced! Winemaker Vincen
 t Negret has carved out his entire evening to teach us how to make wine, te
 ll us about his story and enjoy his current offerings!  We will be learning
  winemaking 101, seeing how the wine press and bottling line works, tasting
  tank samples, and going through the start and finish of winemaking product
