 , getting a hands on experience with all of the wine making equipment and e
 njoying a seated tasting of almost all of the wines that Vincent has curren
 tly produced! Winemaker Vincent Negret has carved out his entire evening to
  teach us how to make wine, tell us about his story and enjoy his current o
 fferings!  We will be learning winemaking 101, seeing how the wine press an
 d bottling line works, tasting tank samples, and going through the start an
